About Bartonville Town Center

The Bartonville Town Center occupies 15 acres in Bartonville, Texas.  Phase I of the Bartonville Town Center was completed in 2003, and consists of three separate buildings totaling approximately 80,000 square feet of executive offices, retail businesses and restaurants.  In addition to exceptional architectural design, Bartonville Town Center boasts beautiful landscaping with ponds, water fountains and shady rest area.

Phase II of the Bartonville Town Center is still in the visionary stages with plans to develop the remaining land on a build-to-suit basis for tenants with specific building needs.  Phase II will encompass the same superior design and stunning landscaping that is evident in Phase I, while allowing the tenant to add originality and personal signature to the property.

The Bartonville Town Center was developed by Denmiss, L.L.C., part of an eight generation family enterprise with 140 years of experience in property development.
